“Best weightloss book I've ever read. I gained a LOT of weight when I was pregnant (about 40 lbs). Afterwards, I lost a little bit through various diets and programs but I still had about 30 more pounds to lose, before getting pregnant with my second child. During THAT pregnancy, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had to be put on a very strict diet, along with medication to keep my blood sugar within normal levels. The diet really helped me from gaining too much weight during that pregnancy, but the whole thing really made me realize that I need to lose weight. I got a gym membership and started exercising, but I realized exercise alone wasn't going to help and I REALLY needed to fix my diet. It's an understatement to say this changed my life."

“This is not a fad diet, this is a lifestyle. The concepts in this book are so clear and simple that it makes me furious how much people online complicate losing weight. I was never that overweight, just a bit on the heavier side with some extra belly fat and love handles but I could never manage to see any results probably because I couldn't really stick to most diets. Implementing the "key principles" of the Full-Feeling Formula was not only significantly easier than any diet I've tried in the past but also so much more effective. This book also has a lot of helpful insight into the psychology of weight loss which I would actually say helped me as much as the actual method."
